Return & Refund Policy
At The Designer Rack, we are committed to delivering a premium shopping experience. We work closely with trusted third-party vendors to provide high-quality luxury items. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that there may be occasions where a return or refund is necessary.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Eligible Return Reasons
Returns are accepted if the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival. We also accommodate returns based on customer preference, such as changes of mind, as long as the return meets our conditions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. This includes being unworn, unwashed, and unused, and must include all original packaging, tags, boxes, dustbags, and accessories. Items must be shipped back using a reliable courier service with an active tracking number. We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the sender at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include pre-owned or preloved items, items marked as final sale, and any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or improper handling after delivery.
Refund Process
Once a returned item is received and approved after inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within five business days. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the return has been completed.
Order Cancellations
Orders that are canceled before shipment will be fully refunded without penalty. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return process will apply.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and related return shipping costs. Please clearly mark any return package as "returned goods" to avoid additional customs fees.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
Claims for missing packages must be submitted within 21 days from the shipment date. If a package is returned to the sender due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout, a reshipping fee of 55 USD or 45 EUR may be charged.
